Traffic Shaper XP

Traffic Shaper XP is a tool that allows you to set rules to limit the bandwidth used by different applications.

Rules can be set for a particular computer on the network using a certain protocol, port and connection (uploading or downloading).

To manage the traffic on a local network, Traffic Shaper XP must be installed on every computer that’s a member of the network, or at the very least on your network service.

First, Traffic Shaper lists all open network connections. Then, from the 'Properties' tab in the pop-up menu, you can access a history feature that reviews the volume of traffic generated by each application.
